Unlike basic calculators, our Multi-Waypoint Routing Engine maps the exact physical highways between an unlimited number of international cities. This allows you to plan cross-border road trips while perfectly accounting for differing fuel economies in each country!

Step-by-Step Guide:

• Step 1: Set Your Start & End Points. Enter your departure city and final destination. Select the unified "Billing Currency" you want the grand total to display in.
• Step 2: Add Border Crossings. Click the "+ Add Border Crossing" button to add as many intermediate stops or countries as your trip requires.
• Step 3: Enter Regional Fuel Prices. For your starting city and every stop you add, enter the local price of fuel. (Note: Ensure you convert these local prices into your chosen unified billing currency before entering them).
• Step 4: Trace the Route. Enter your vehicle's fuel efficiency and click calculate. The tool will trace the live highway paths between all your stops, calculating the exact fuel burned and cost generated on each specific leg of the journey!

Routing & Mileage Disclaimer

This calculator utilizes the Open Source Routing Machine (OSRM) API to determine the most efficient driving routes via major roads. Driving distance and estimated travel times are based on optimal conditions and do not account for border checkpoint wait times or detours. Furthermore, a vehicle's actual fuel efficiency will vary based on driving speed, cargo weight, tire pressure, and reliance on air conditioning. Always plan for a 10% to 15% variance in actual fuel consumption.
